This policy covers Durable Projects LLC and the missed-call response service it operates on behalf of participating home service businesses.
What we collect
When you call or text a participating business, we collect the information you provide: your name, your phone number, and the content of your messages. That's it.
This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. The only information collected through this site is what you choose to submit through the contact form: your name, contact details, and message.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your inquiry, schedule service, and follow up about that inquiry on behalf of the business you contacted. Nothing else.
SMS Opt-In and Text Messaging
You can opt in to receive text messages from Durable Projects LLC in two ways: (1) by submitting the opt-in form on our Contact page, which includes separate, optional consent checkboxes for marketing and non-marketing messages, or (2) by calling our business number, where our voicemail greeting explains that we will reply by text if we miss your call. We send text messages only to people who have opted in through one of these methods. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, and reply HELP for assistance. Opting out of marketing messages does not affect non-marketing messages unless you opt out of those as well. Phone numbers collected through SMS opt-in are used only to provide the messaging service described in our SMS Terms & Conditions.
Sharing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Your information is shared only with the business you contacted and with the service providers needed to deliver messages, such as the SMS platform and phone carriers.
Opting out
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and nothing further.

How long we keep information
We keep your information only as long as needed to serve your inquiry and meet legal obligations.
Data Security
We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the personal information we collect. Customer contact information and message history are stored in access-controlled systems provided by our communications platform, protected by authentication and encrypted in transit. Access is limited to those who need it to operate the service. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security; if we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify affected individuals as required by applicable law.
